Bring the documents related to your matter: contracts, invoices, correspondence with the other party, and any notices or judgments you have received. For a company, the articles of association and the registration certificate are also useful. If there are many documents, you can email them beforehand so we can review them before we meet.

The fee depends on the complexity of the matter. We set it as an hourly or a fixed fee; in some matters a success fee may be added. We give you an estimate after the initial assessment, before any work starts.

We tell you how we see the matter, what options you have and what fee we propose. If you decide to work with us, we sign a legal assistance contract setting out the services and the fee. For representation before courts and other authorities we also issue a letter of authority (împuternicire avocațială).

Yes. Everything you tell us is protected by professional secrecy under Romanian Law no. 51/1995 on the organisation and practice of the legal profession.

Yes. We represent clients before courts throughout Romania. For cases in other countries we work with lawyers there.

We first send the debtor a formal demand for payment. If they do not pay, we choose, according to the amount and the documents you hold, a payment order, the small claims procedure or an ordinary court action. Once we have an enforceable title, we represent you in the enforcement carried out by the bailiff. For companies with many unpaid invoices we also manage debt portfolios.

Yes. We set up limited liability companies (SRL) and joint-stock companies (SA), including the formalities at the Trade Register. After registration we assist with later changes (registered office, shareholders, directors) and with the company's corporate governance.

Yes. We set up your company, register it with the Trade Register and draft the contracts you need to start trading. After registration we advise you on an ongoing basis, in English, on the legal and compliance questions that come up in your business.

We draft internal regulations, individual employment contracts, addenda and termination decisions. If an employment dispute arises, we represent you in court.

Yes. We assist you through the trademark registration procedure at the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM), from filing the application to registration.
